Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and when I opened it on my drive home, it was 2 pieces of dry bread and cold cheese sitting in the box. Had to turn around to take it back. 25 minutes I’ll never get back. Was not able to get my money back because “only a manager can do returns” and there was no manager on duty. The 2 young ladies were very kind but the guy, Jack, who made the sandwich was not there. The young ladies remade my sandwich, since I could not get my money back. They gave me another drink. Terrible customer service. They gave away my drink to another customer right in front of me. I want a refund!
I ordered the avocado toast and there was barely any avocado on it. The workers appeared under paid and not supervised for quality management.
Couldnt get food waited 20 minutes while three people refused to look at the line almost out the door
