Ordered a frozen coffee, Dk what this is, I get one all the time and every Dunkin makes it different and usually is bitter if they make it wrong, but this… is a first lol
It pains me to do this but don’t send out coupons if you’re not going to train your staff, don’t send coupons. The coupon reads $2.49 for a medium (16 Oz.) or a (24 Oz.) iced latte which is a LARGE! The staff member is arguing with me that it’s for a medium iced latte. Make it make sense or word your coupons better!
