I had the pleasure of being served by Jimena at Dunkin, and I can honestly say she made my entire visit exceptional! From the moment I walked in, her warm and welcoming attitude set the tone. She was not only incredibly efficient, getting my order perfectly and promptly, but she also went above and beyond with her friendliness and attention to detail. Definitely will come again!
I came in on a Friday afternoon. While the customer service was quite good and professional, the place can be chaotic. The school kids were occupying all of the seats and tables. Not all of them had food or drinks near them but they were sitting. The garbage container in the store by the straws was overflowing. Could more seating be provided for paying customers? The place needs a better ambiance, not shouting from kids making a mess on the tables.
I have been to many Dunkin Donuts around the country and hands down, this one is the best when it comes to customer service and friendly staff. Bri and Jimena deserve a raise.
