Ordered 2 drinks on the mobile app and accidentally forgot to add cold foam to one of the drinks. Totally my fault, ask if they could just charge me for cold foam and add it on top. The lady said her manager said there is no button to charge for only cold foam so she can’t add it. I proceeded to ask, “So there’s no way to just add it on top?” Her response was “No.” Ok that’s fine it was my mistake. Coffee, espresso, food, and service is always well done.
They need to retrain Ariel. I hope she's not the district manager like she clams to be. She has terrible customer service I witnessed her argue with a customer over a coffee with clearly no cream. She then accused her of brewing coffee at home and replacing it. I come here often and they mess up quite a bit. it's not uncommon for them to mess up. but to argue with a customer about it instead of just replacing it and apologizing for the mess up is crazy.
