Rude and disrespectful especially if ordering food They deserve Zero
ordered 3 dozen customized donut boxes & not a single part of any of them were correct. it wasn’t busy in there at all at the time and if you’re spending $50 on donuts you’d think they would put the right ones in the box.
I had a very frustrating experience at Dunkin at fox lake location I accidentally placed a mobile order for a medium hot drink. When I arrived, I politely asked the manager if it could be changed to a large. I clearly stated I was willing to pay the difference. I had a bad experience at Dunkin'. I ordered an egg and cheese on a bagel but was given bacon, egg, and cheese instead. When I went back to fix it, manager refused to replace it and told me to buy another one. The mistake was theirs, but there was no effort to correct it. Very poor customer service and disappointing experience.
