I've been buying coffee here for the last 3 years and have never had a problem. The one thing I hope they can improve is protecting customers' orders from "order stealers." Yesterday I ordered some food. The lady prepared it, brought it to the waiting counter, and walked back to the kitchen. Then a man walked straight up to my order, picked it up, and ran outside with it. I tried to talk to him, but he didn't seem to understand English. I guess flipping people off and being rude is the new service they give because not only were they not listening they were playing around and got our order wrong.
Service members are extremely petty and rude. Have complained to me about making my order multiple times. Today they even said “why don’t you just go to McDonalds” and then failed to give me the donuts I ordered. They probably would have gotten my ordered right if they weren’t complaining about doing their job the whole time
