The front register was off line. The drive thru was chaos, front counter 5 deep. Did that Fluster “Hina”? Heck no, she’s a rock star!!! She was handling every customer with a smile! Awesome job Hina and Dunkin Crew.
I've been buying coffee here for the last 3 years and have never had a problem. The one thing I hope they can improve is protecting customers' orders from "order stealers." Yesterday I ordered some food. The lady prepared it, brought it to the waiting counter, and walked back to the kitchen. Then a man walked straight up to my order, picked it up, and ran outside with it. I tried to talk to him, but he didn't seem to understand English.
