This is only a drive thru or inside kiosk situation. Went in and ordered on the kiosk, saw them mopping right by the donuts that are on a roll cart, after I placed my order. I would have left if I saw them cleaning right next to the donuts. They do not talk to you, they are Not welcoming or friendly here. The donuts are way smaller than a normal Dunkin donut. I would not be returning here. I prefer to be able to see my donut options and some kind of customer service.
Showed up at 6:50am and the sign said open, but the doors were locked. An employee came and unlocked the doors, so I went back and entered. Unfortunately, this is a pickup/drive thru only location. No tables, chairs or restrooms. Not what I needed this morning, so I chose to look for a real Dunkin that believes in customer service.
