1.long wait, it doesn't matter if there's nobody in the drive thru, i've been there twice and had to wait 5 minutes or more for my food. even when i pre ordered i still had to wait 5 minutes. 2. when the guy handed me my drink his fingers were very disturbing i lost my appetite. his nails were filled with so much dirt they looked blacked. never coming back here again
I went to this location on September 20th at 11 50 am I ordered a large iced latte with 2 pumps of vanilla, hazelnut, and butter pecan made with oatmilk. When they read me back the order the forgot the butter pecan. I asked them nicely too add the butter pecan and was rung up for another drink. I told cashier multiple times I only wanted one drink and repeated the order at least 5 times trying to stay patientand polite. The man that took my order even tried to make the latte hot. They try to force you to use kiosk or drive thru. If you say cash only they may take you at counter.anti social weirdos. Take your business elsewhere
