The 3 staff working at this location at around noon on November 2nd, 2025, were incredibly kind and courteous. They provided great customer service and were very friendly. I highly recommend this location as the staff put smiles on our faces!
My husband and I stopped in for coffee and maybe a donut, the older lady behind the counter, while we were deciding, says loudly, I’ll be with you in a minute I’m doing a DoorDash (I don’t care) so I said that’s fine we haven’t decided. When she came to the counter I asked for a cup of coffee, with lots of cream…as soon as I said it she smacked the counter, threw her hands in the air and very rudely said hot, cold,iced,small,medium or large and looked at us as if we were crazy. Waited 10 minutes at drive thru speaker with no line. Told they had limited donut selection at only 7:30 am. At window waited another 5 to pay. Not a staff shortage because I counted 8 employees. Received donuts and coffee. Told 5 more minutes for bacon. Older lady extremely rude to me and talked disrespectful to employees.
