An all-female managed Dunkin' establishment provided exceptional service, atmosphere, and efficiency, exceeding expectations. I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with my experience. Very disappointing. Didn’t have what I ordered and no one there addressed it until I asked. Then, the young lady was extremely rude and the staff started arguing among themselves. No one even bothered to get the donut I ordered out of the server. They just kept blaming each other.
When they first opened, they were absolutely amazing! The past four times we have been there the donuts have been stale and they are sold out of almost everything early in the day. The employee we had today at the drive-through was rude. We waited in the drive-through behind three cars for 20+ minutes. My kiddo said we should’ve gone to scooters. So we did. A waste of time and money here.
Went to order a macchiato. They were out of espresso at 9am
