Unbelievably slow and of course they built it so that you cannot remove yourself from the drive through line. I have been here four times now and three out of four times they have made the drink incorrectly. I will not be back.
~Yes the donuts are delivered! ~There are days that no one is able to get a break because it is so busy. Almost all of August 2025 sense school started ~The assistant manager tries her hardest to help the situation out. I have seen her walk the line giving out free donuts once she has her crew caught up ~Because your frustrated don't mean the Dunkin crew isn't either. ~They are working as fast as they can Put yourself in their shoes!!!!
Prepare to wait for the length of time it takes to fly to Japan from Florida for your order - worst service on the face of the earth.
The line was moving and then totally halted. Been stuck in the drive through for 40 minutes and counting. FORTY. 8:10am Friday 08/22. It’s like they threw their hands up and went on break & never came back. And you can’t leave the drive through because it’s blocked in.
Sat for 20+ mins waiting for a sandwich
