Stale inedible donuts. Burned croissant-only ate bottom part & threw rest away because I was hungry. Coffee was just okay. Customer service in drive thru was bleh.
I ordered Uber eats The food came to me cold which was the drivers fault. But the wake up wraps were overcooked and tough I usually order my ice coffee at work But I was home today and thought Dunkin sounds good. Yeah I wish I would have gotten a picture of the drink but this dunkin gave me a medium matcha latte, very simple request, and literally had so much ice in it I couldn’t stir it, and half of the cup was only foam. They then refused a remake after my fiancé politely requested one and it was declined, 6 dollar drink btw. Once again for the third time gave me the wrong things only this time they tried to argue the issue with me. Soooooo done with them.
