Horrible service every time I come here. This is my third time visiting and won’t be back. Drinks are not made in order received, mobile orders are ignored. A pushy lady came in whose name was clearly on the list after mine and they took care of her first because she was making noise. My drink was made in the wrong size and I told 3 employees separately, they looked me in tbe eyes and acknowledged what I said and still proceeded to start over orders
Just paid $5.18 for a large cappuccino, which is water down with all that foam on the top 🤦♂️ and to make it worse why would you guys use crushed ice to make a ice cappuccino 🤣🤦♂️
My husband and I go to this location every morning A lot of times we come back throughout the day. We spend a lot of money with Dunkin donuts. The one time I called to tell them they forgot the caramel I'm told I can bring my coffee back up there and they'll fix it. Really. Unbelievable. Why not say I'm sorry we will give you a free coffee tomorrow morning. Or free caramel whatever. However it works. We paid to have four caramel.
