I had a great experience there. This is the only Dunkin that has gotten my drink right staff is very polite, place is very clean!
I relied on this place for months, and it /was/ great. Recently, I'm seeing a bunch of new faces, my order is being messed up multiple times, and they've severely reduced the frosting on their donuts. What is this? How can an employee put this in a bag for a customer? And no, none of the icing melted off in the bag, this was all of it. Any recent customers can confirm that this is what the donuts look like now. So disappointed. Guess I'll have to drive a few min out of my way to Tim Hortons from now on.
