I went here Sunday Morning October 5th about6:20 am. Ordered sausage egg & cheese bagel with tater totes and hot coffee with cream only. Sadly to say that was the most terribly prepared breakfast I have ever had. First sausage egg and cheese bagel was so overcooked it was hard as a rock then the potato tots tasted like they've been soaking in grease all night and were also burnt and to top it off the cup of hot coffee was not hot and it was almost pure cream with some kind of sweetener. Very disappointed
Placed my order at 10:21am, got my fuel and then walked in to grab my order. Spent 20$ on breakfast just to leave with nothing. No coffee, no food. Didn’t asked for refund. Will never ever spend another dime on this trash coffee chain.
Did a mobile pick up order. Got a pumpkin pie frozen chiller. Supposed to have caramel drizzle. They put chocolate drizzle on it.
Extremely disorganized. Ordered a drink and some breakfast. Received the food and had to ask for my drink. I guess they didn't notice I ordered one so they started making it. Sandwich was cold. Loaded hash browns felt like they grabbed it from the fridge and stuffed it in my bag. Coffee was burnt and missed one of the flavor add-ons.
