They made my drink pretty fast but forgot about my donuts and the person behind me's donuts from our kiosk orders. I was waiting for about 10 minutes after I received my drink and had to remind them for them to them ask what donuts I wanted when they should have had the ticket. I ordered three items but only received one. When I asked the staff, they said they couldn't help me.
Traveling, they need more assistance in the front of the store.
Sometimes this place is great, and sometimes I wait in line for 30 minutes and then they completely screw up my order even though it’s all correct on the screen. It’s a gamble..
