Have to use a kiosk, coffee wasn't hot and cup was on 3/4 full.
The girls working on 4/25 at around 5 p.m seemed to be more interested in chitchatting with each other and their regulars rather than taking care of orders. Out of a lot of selections without properly acknowledging that they were out of said options. I decided to just take a refund after they tried to remake my drink 2 times and, I still had to jump through hoops and ladders to get it. Also, a TA associate decided to involve herself in the situation and tried to talk down to me, but I won’t fault the Dunkin workers for that.... read more
Placed a pick-up order before we hit the road to St Louis, not only did we sit in the line for almost 30 minutes, we were given the wrong food and had to circle back to correct the order, and STILL did not receive the correct food. Staff was apologetic, but clearly there's room for improvement in the service department. Overall glad this was just a one time stop, but still wouldn't recommend it even for that.
