If I could’ve left less stars for a review, I would have. Out of products by 9 AM after being open for four hours and completely dysfunctional. Perhaps the owner should be more than Justin name only and make an appearance and assist when they are poorly staffed. Employees vocal about their being short-staffed, which in turn causes the dysfunction. Might be the worst run Dunkin’ Donuts, and East Providence.
Today I stopped at the Dunkin' Donuts on Taunton Avenue. Normally I do not go or they never can get my coffee right. Not today I met the manager, her name is Cristen, is she lovely? She made me the best latte that I've ever had. And I order them everywhere at the finest places. Her personality is outstanding!!!! It is someone that you'd want as a friend outside of ordering a coffee from her. I almost asked her for her number.
