Was third car in line. Sat for over 5 minutes. When I got to the speaker for the drive thru and questioned the time delay as I had an appointment I was told "if u don't want to wait, u can leave". I sat for another few minutes and then asked if something was broken. I was told " you can leave. We won't be serving you". Reading previous reviews this is typical behavior.
Rude on several occasions!! Today I was yelled out about when I should place my mobile order and before I could respond, he shut the window. This is the only DD that complains about when I place a mobile order. And my croissant was burnt
Very consistent. Only gripe is price. Wish they were a bit cheaper.
