The staff at this Dunkin is amazing, especially the woman who was at the inside register. She took her time helping us figure out the cold drinks for my teenage daughter and was very kind a polite. She’s an asset to the company!
I’ve been coming to this location on Miller Road for years. It never gets any better not very friendly. Service is absolutely the slowest I’ve ever seen tried going to the counter waited five minutes and nobody even came to say can I help you or I’ll be with you in a minute . I think I’ll travel the extra Few minutes and go to Lititz pike Dunkin’ Donuts
I really wish this Dunkin was good because it’s right next to my job, I honestly believe the managers don’t know what they’re doing. The people at the drive-through are rude and you can show up 15 minutes before work and still be late because they have to make your drink three times because they don’t know what they’re doing. I ask for cold foam on my drink and I get told half the time that I can’t have it and half the time that I can. I don’t know what is happening in that establishment, but everyone needs retrained.
