All tops friendly staff attention to detail great all around invthe morning experience
If I could give 0 stars I would. Wasted 15 mins and never even got to order. There was one other person in front of us. The staff was in the back watching videos on their phones and refilling syrups. No one even came out front to take our order. We left and went some where else before they even came to the front. Don’t bother wasting your time or money here
Rude and Incompetent staff. Refused to give me two creams for my drink and didn’t know how to work their own register. Please work on yourselves!!
Today is the last time I order from Dunkin instead of Starbucks. I thought this would be a good alternative because it is on the route to work, instead of Starbucks being 6 minutes out of the way. I ordered ahead and arrived to the drive-thru line being particularly long, so I went to go into the building… they locked the doors!!! I had to loop around the parking lot to get into the line. Tried to save myself 5 minutes and ended up waiting in a line you can’t get out of - this quick stop for coffee and a breakfast wrap ended... read more
