In my 30 years in sales, I have purchased thousands of donuts for sales presentations all over the country from every donut franchise. In all that time I've never had an experience like this. I walked into the Seneca store. Two people were working the counter. No greeting, no eye contact, no acknowledgement whatsoever. I drive from Greenville to Seneca 5 days a week for work and I will SKIP every dunkin til I get to this one. AMAZING! The GM the staff all around THE BEST dunkin in the upstate. My coffee is always the same and fresh. I love it here
Ok so half the time the drinks are amazing, I always get iced matchas the same way every time. But the consistency of quality is severely lacking. Drinks that are half foam that aren't supposed to have foam, my current matcha that tastes like a cup of milk and is barely green at all, to a funky chemical sweetness sometimes. Honestly I love dunkin and their matcha is my favorite but I might just have to give up, I go multiple times a week on average (2-3) and my drink is correct maybe one of the visits each week.
