This is probably the worst Dunkin location in the area. I stop here often on my way to work. Today was the last time. Every time they get my order wrong or something is missing, then when I try to call the store I get no answer. It’s not like I can leave work to go back and get a new sandwich. Only eat here if you’re up for getting the wrong order. Btw I used to work at this Dunkin location and I can say there’s a reason I quite. The staff does not work well together.
Today I was at the register placing an order and the employee named Sharon or Susan looked me up and down and I paid for my order with my Apple Watch and I put my hand out for the receipt and Sharon or Susan threw it on the counter instead. I walked away and the next customer in line a white lady then pays for her food she hands her receipt and change to her with a polite smile and have a nice day.
