the manager so rude she doesn’t have any respect for her employees she embarrasses them and she doesn’t acknowledge the customers that walks in , this location is so slow they manly focus on drive through leaving the customers in the store waiting for several minutes (10-15). they mess up my order all the time and when they do get it right it’s sometimes not good.

Good customer service. Please get rid of the tip requests at the drive through. Makes me feel awkward. Pay your employees more please. Thank you.
I’ve never had a bad experience at this Dunkin. Since I work nearby, I’m a total regular, and the drive-thru team is always so kind to me.
