Good customer service. Please get rid of the tip requests at the drive through. Makes me feel awkward. Pay your employees more please. Thank you.
I’ve never had a bad experience at this Dunkin. Since I work nearby, I’m a total regular, and the drive-thru team is always so kind to me.
The manager at this location does not know how to speak to customers. Nor does she know how to do a very simple job. Instead of giving you what you pay for. She gives you what she feels like making because she don’t wanna move. This location is not busy enough for her to be treating customers the way she treats them.
Staff at this location are awesome.
