The fact that I can’t use my rewards app here is mind blowing. The employees have to scan every item that you order like it’s 1967. Unbelievable. Great customer service is all I got from this location.
This place is a joke. Staff is incredibly negligent. They don’t even know what they have in stock. Zero customer service skills or training. I’d be surprised if cleaning protocols are even being done. Also, if you need a refund you’ll have to wait a long time for WALMART to refund your order. If you want to risk getting sick or at the very least, have a massive headache then this is the place for you!
The girl who was working there was really mean abd she had an attitude. When we said we wanted light ice in our drink, she didn't fill the cup all the way. Never going to thus specific store again.
