Food and drink were both Fine but the customer service was awful and uncomfortable , the young lady that takes my order had a horrible attitude doesn’t greet at all and will give you dirty looks while you’re ordering if you don’t like working there then don’t it’s that simple
Horrible customer service. Lady in the front needs to learn how to be nicer with tone. Was completely nice with her and she repetitively had a tone towards me. Take the trip to a different dunkin not worth your time.

The fact that I can’t use my rewards app here is mind blowing. The employees have to scan every item that you order like it’s 1967. Unbelievable. Great customer service is all I got from this location.
This place is a joke. Staff is incredibly negligent. They don’t even know what they have in stock. Zero customer service skills or training. I’d be surprised if cleaning protocols are even being done. Also, if you need a refund you’ll have to wait a long time for WALMART to refund your order. If you want to risk getting sick or at the very least, have a massive headache then this is the place for you!
