OK, here is my story with this store. I had a bad bagel the first time I went there but things got better. Sometimes the coffee is not right on the cream. They have a tendency to rush you out and here is the interesting one with the empty cup: when I asked for an empty cup, hot cup, they say it’s 50 cents. I spend at least eight dollars a day or 20 dollars with family. The girl at the drive thru that I met at the dollar store is really nice. She gave me the smallest cup. Food was fresh and hot and the staff were very friendly.
I am vegetarian and they gave me sausage on my sandwich, I came back and still not compensated or apologized
The afternoon manager is totally disrespectful. It's a shame that such a nice place is served by someone so unpleasant.
