I always stop here when I go to New York from Virginia and is very convenient for me. I won’t stop here again because they did something very wrong and stole my money. I purchased the same order because I thought that the first order didn’t go through. Then I realized that I did duplicate order’s so I went ahead to tell the lady at the front desk, she was the manager at that time. i don't typically write reviews, but i am slightly annoyed. i have ordered sandwiches 2 times in a row now with the chipotle aoili, which they charge an extra .50 to add. both times there has not been sauce on these sandwiches. fifty cents is not enough for me to turn around and complain, but its annoying to pay extra for something you're anticipating and be disappointed more than once.

If I could rate lower I will. We walked in waited about 30 minutes even rang the bell twice and they ignored us. While playing around in the kitchen. Overall very poor customer service. Do better
