I went yesterday and Gabriella was at the front taking orders she was so nice and friendly!
Gabriella took our order and she rather talked and joked around with her coworkers instead of talking to us. she put in our order, then she klick something wrong in the register and we had to tell her everything again. she didn't remember a think, because she was still joking around with her coworker, she forgot what munchkins we had, and she counted them wrong. we only had 23 instead of 25. thanks for nothing Gabriella!
As someone who has worked at a dunkin for over two years I can absolutely confirm that this is the WORST dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life! The employees overcharged me 2 dollars for a side of cream cheese because they were out all WITHOUT TELLING ME THEY WERE OUT OR ABOUT THE EXTRA CHARGE and when I asked why my bagel cost almost 6 dollars and asked for a refund not a single employee knew what they were doing and it took about 6 employees to try to give me my refund, and I would also like to point out these employees were... read more
