Terrible customer service !!!
The 3 girls at the register seemed to be very lazy to prepare our food and told us that "they ran out of food" which was a lie, they were simply closing in 8 minutes. I stood by with my 9 year old and saw them service other customers.... 3 teenagers shouldn't be in charge of any bussiness
I would go here at least once a day. Sometimes two. I will not be returning. The new staff is so rude. Holding up the drive through lane for 5 mins taking pictures with your friends. And when I finally was able to pull up. My order was wrong. Not even the right order. She . Then says what did you order in a condescending attitude. I will save my 400 a month. And shop somewhere else. That does not have rude entitled people working.
Made one of our drinks wrong (iced instead of hot), we asked them for a new one and they slammed the old one in the sink, then poured us a new one with so much milk it might as well have still been iced. Mistakes happen, don't get mad at the customer for asking it to be fixed.
