Drive thru employee was very rude she looked like she hated her job and didn’t care …other employees where very unprofessional I typically don’t leave Karen reviews and I am a very mellow person, but the service was just that bad I understand everybody has bad days but unfortunately, when you work in customer service, you always have to put on a fake smile for the customer speaking from experience.
If I could give this store, zero stars I would. The lady that has no teeth has a nasty attitude. In my opinion, somebody that acts like her or looks like her should not be in there. Makes up her own rules. We asked for donuts couldn’t even get donuts at the window because there was one simple car behind us. Refusing that kind of service is bizarre. I even called corporate and told him about an incident prior and I still have yet to get anything done. When is this going to get fixed.
Usually this place gets the orders correct and coffee tastes wonderful, but this last time I got it, got a pumpkin spice signature latte and it didn't taste like pumpkin spice at all, just plain coffee after being told to move forward to wait since they already messed up the order. They also shorted our munchkins by 2. My husbands drink was fine.
In the drive through, They never put the bacon on the avocado toast with bacon . You have to check before driving away because most likely they forgot to put the bacon you explicitly asked for. It has happened to me at least three times
We’ve had issues a few times here but the bacon avocado toast with the blackened toast takes the cake. We’ve spent $40+ several times to have things missing regularly although they charge us for it. We’ve had someone yell at us one time through the speaker for asking for bacon. I feel like a Karen making a review, but it’s annoying enough to not go back.
