it was 9pm, they close at 11pm Friday and everything was out and they wouldn't prepare anything iced either. such a disappointment.

Called and asked if they had donuts at around 6:30 pm after doing a pick up order at the chatsworth location for a dozen donuts and they didn’t have ANY donuts. The lady who answered the phone rudely said ‘no’. Never coming back and ordering again.
I went in to order a coffee and I spent more than 10 minutes waiting for them to attend me, there were 3 people supposedly to attend and who looked at me several times that I was waiting to be attended and they did not even approach to communicate to tell me that I was going to be attended at any time since "they were busy" I had to approach and tell them that I was waiting to be attended and then one of them approached and very rude she told me are you going to ask???
