I waited about 10 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be told when I reached the speaker that the ovens were being cleaned and they couldn't make the item I wanted. I was asked if I wanted something else, but I came for that specific item, so I left. I understand equipment has to be cleaned, but doing it during business hours—especially while customers are waiting in a long drive-thru line—is frustrating. Always love Dunkin'!! Every location the staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful.
My go to Dunkin’s before work. I always go through the drive through. My coffee is always hot and fresh, and everyone at the window is always nice. I’ve never had any issues here. Food, coffee, and service is always perfect and right.
