Says they are open at 4 a.m.,stopped by at 5 a.m. on Saturday,door locked,half the lights on.Went elsewhere.
Ordered a Brown Sugar Oat Iced Matcha Latte. Immediately upon sipping my drink I could tell it was regular milk and there was no brown sugar syrup either. Checked the receipt and a regular Iced Matcha was listed. Went back through the drive-thru and explained I was given a regular instead of the Brown Sugar Oat that I ordered. Server said they made it and it was right and the receipt was wrong. Wouldn't make a new one or refund me ... so I'm just out $7? Thanks. Garbage service, won't be going back.

Trying to get in to the drive through is a night mare. I live in north Warren and drive to Tim Hortons daily because who ever designed it is clearly an idiot. And the staff not much better. Pulled up and they said welcome to Wendy’s for starts. The coffee is so inconsistent it’s a disgrace. Can’t believe the place has lasted so long
