waited 5 minutes at the drive thru and no one came to take our order, drove up to the window and this older white lady was giving us attitude the whole time. messed the whole order up, didn’t bother to stir my coffee. every time i come here there’s always an issue.
I don’t know their name, but the barista with a bun and hat running the floor alone tonight (4/22) was suuuper kind and a hard worker. :) My hot chocolate and hash browns were perfect. I always have a great experience at this location, I never expect less here. Thank you for being you. 🫶
The last few times I have gone has been horrible! I ordered a large French Vanilla frozen coffee, no French Vanilla in it and very dark. Also ordered a blueberry donut....they gave me a pumpkin spice donut. A extra large coffee with 6 sugars there was no sugar what so ever! An attitude when I was making my order at the drive thru. Just so tired of not getting my order the correct way!!!
Drive Up Window is incredibly slow, even with pre-order. Staff is friendly.
