I asked for a medium iced matcha with less ice (because its always mostly ice) ...and i was handed a full, medium cup of ice... with not even a small sized portion of matcha latte. Overpriced, and incompetent.
I get a coffee there every couple days, and these people are some of the nicest I’ve met. My coffee is always great and fresh.
I come here every day for breakfast. Sometimes twice a day. For two years now. Sad to say after today I'm taking my business elsewhere. I had a hot coffee dumped on me because the lid wasn't out on correctly before it was handed to me. It was in fact the man at the drive thrus fault but he asked me what I did. As if I had blame.
