Current management needs an uphaul. Staff looks disorganized and unprepared and this impression is after visiting more than twice over the past 3 months. I went in recently to pick up a mobile order for one hot decaf coffee. On arrival (15 minutes) it still wasn’t made and the store wasn’t understaffed or busy. I placed an online order through Seamless. I didn’t visit this Dunkin’ Donuts in person. I ordered a Large Matcha Latte and several sandwiches, but the whole order was a disaster. The latte came completely unwrapped, with no tray or holder, so the driver had no choice but to leave it on the floor because I chose Non-Contact Delivery. And I don’t blame him.
