I actually like Dunkin a lot and would hate to lose them. That being said I am very annoyed with their coffee. It tastes good but it always seems to be warm not nearly hot. The manager should take note of this. I was going to Dunkin at least 12 times a month. Now I go to McDonald's for hot coffee. I tried Dunkin again yesterday and same result warm coffee. So barely warm I didn't drink it until I got home and put in a microwave. Wake up Dunkin nobody wants coffee that you can drink down in 5 minutes or less.
