Went here regularly - until yesterday, when my order wasn’t put in, and only after I’d waited in line and my money was taken along with change given back was I told that they didn’t have what I ordered in the first place. I didn’t mind the slow service - until it wasn’t the only thing going wrong.
Don’t come here expecting to get what you want. You get your drink they way “the owners” want you to have it. Pay for a size and get smaller. Tell them they made a mistake and it’s your fault that you ordered less ice. I wanted more milk to get the flavor where I like it, but the owners, according to the rude lady at the drive thru, won’t give you a full drink if you order less ice. “Go somewhere else” she says. Honestly I tried. I really love Dunkin' donuts but I will never go to this location. I've had issues with their service in the past but this time I sat in the lobby for about 10 minutes before anybody asked me if I needed to be helped. Meanwhile four of the employees sat behind the counter and either paste the floor or pretended to do something. It doesn't take three people to put receipt paper in that's all I got to say. Don’t expect to be in and out when ordering a coffee. I’ve been here 5 or 6 times and ordered only a coffee. Each time, they have to brew a pot of coffee when I order. Today I got my wife an Americano.. it was burnt. The coffee they gave me was cold. I went back inside and they told me “even if we give you another coffee, it’s going to get cold as soon as we put creamer in it.” I’ve always loved Dunkin.. been going to Dunkin for over 10 years.
