This place is rude and always runs out of things I recommend to not come here
Stay messing up my order in doing whatever they want. I request liquid sugar every time I come I don’t understand why I keep ending up with Cane sugar stuck to the bottom of my cup in my coffee is bitter. Do A better job of listening and servicing your customers. I like the Puerto Rican manager because she cares for her customers. That is the only time my order is correct is when she is in the drive-through.
I love this Dunkin’—definitely my favorite local spot! The service is always great and the coffee is consistently on point. However, today my munchkins were placed in a paper bag instead of the usual box which made them stick to the paper and a bit tricky to pull apart. Not a huge deal but a small tweak like using a box could make the experience even better. Still, I’ll definitely be back!
