I went to Dunkin donuts at 20433 Torrence Ave Lynnwood ,IL,60411 I had order a Large coffee and 10 ct munchkins and look I didn't have enough for order so I try to change it at window and the manager on duty told his employee to tell me I had to go back around for my order could be change this is definitely ridiculous and unprofessional I mean I'm already in line. 8/6/25 at 0751 HRS
Literally told us to go around and there was NO ONE behind us at the drive thru. We were sitting at the drive thru for literally a minute looking at the menu. I called and the manager after I left and he said they give 60 seconds per car. First, that's not enough to look at the menu and order. Second, there was no need for that if there was no one behind us. How are you going to time me to order. So rude never going there again. Spending my money somewhere where they care to give good customer service. Never experienced this... read more
