Great experience. Great location.
Terrible Customer service, poor management, and rude workers. Waited 15 minutes for TWO wake up wraps and the guy came out and told me to park after they told me to wait at the sign then finally brought out the food and said “your food been done gang”. That was ridiculous and unprofessional.
I stop in at this Dunkin on my way to work and never experienced anything but pleasant customer service. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I always receive what I order and the donuts have always been fresh. When the weather is snowy and icky out the driveway/parking lot/sidewalks are cleared and easy to maneuver through. The store is always decorated to celebrate the next upcoming holiday. I recommend this DD.
The store charges about $.40 more per donut than other locations and the donut was stale as hell. These owners should be ashamed of themselves for being so damn greedy. What’s so special about your Dunkin over others? I would stay away from this location in the reviews support this as well.
