Myself and my son waited in the drive thru for almost 20minutes . So we drove up to the drive thru window and no one there . I went inside to order a large iced coffee. Oh wow I asked a simple question and the lady manager just came out from the bathroom. She said the drive is not working they fixing the drive thru lane. Don't go to this dunkin you will wait forever to get a coffee and your order will not be right or your food. Go down the road to a better one. The stuff have no manners or experience.
I ordered on the mobile app for my drinks to be ready at 3:50pm and I get here when the app says it’s ready here it is 4:01pm and they just handed it to me!
