Slowest dunkin I have ever been to. Literally set in driveway thru for over 20 mins waiting for a iced coffee and a donut. Here is a bit of advice...u need 4 people pushing coffee orders 1 just at drive thru taking payment n handing out the food. No inside is taking an order because they dont do that anymore. And this is not the only time this has been a slow n poor service experience. But u best bet they gonna hand out the screen for that tip. Get better service n then I will tip. Terrible - waited 30 min in drive through for a 6 dollar meal deal and there were only about 10 cars in line. By the time I got my food it was cold and had been sitting out and realized after I left I didn’t even get a straw for my iced coffee. Staff doesn’t seem to really care about anything. UPDATE: Food was also terrible, since I just ate (half) of it.
Bring back the old staff. This store had my order for 30 minutes 2 times. When i got there my food wasnt ready. I watched the drive-thru get ordere before me. When i asked dor a redund the second time my food was ready all of sudden and when I fot to work I took a bite, it was frozen. Do better This is my store. Even when its rough this is still my store. Today Kia and Keaton showed me why I stay loyal to this store. Superior service.
