This has to be the most incompetent Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life. I don’t know how many times I’ve ordered and they say OK pull up to the window and then when you get to the window, they’re like oh we don’t have that.
This was my second visit and the second time I had terrible customer service on the drive thru.
I wish I can put 0 star. I came in to explain that my card was charged twice. Keya aka night shift whatever said she couldn't do anything about it. To come back tomorrow, Monday?? No wonder the low stars & no customers. Don't they know they have a job because of of cu customers.
Everytime I come to this store it’s always a slow service, it does not matter what you order. Today is the last day coming to this specific store. I only ordered 2 donuts and a side of hasbrown and they still took 5 mnts to take my order and 7 mnts to get my order
