Always gets orders wrong. We’re always having to pull up and wait because they make the drinks wrong. Yes they ring them up right but every single time they have been either the wrong thing entirely or the workers at window don’t know what you got and have to ask you.
They're ALWAYS out of something, never have the full order available. Its absolutely ridiculous that this is a CONSTANT experience.
Mobile order not ready when I arrived Charged for 2 lattes on mobile order only ordered one Gave me the wrong donut Gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich Was in line a ridiculous amount of time Just had a terrible experience with CHELSEA at this DD. Rude, unprofessional, confrontational. She should be fired
I get my coffee here every day, and Chelsea was super awesome this morning. I guess I ordered wrong, but she recognized me, and remade it the way she usually does so I’ll actually drink it
Should treat the ant infestation. Can sure see why they can't keep employees. Too many nice well run coffee shops to spend my money here.
