I went in there today and asked for the free cup they was giving to be told I can’t have one because I didn’t order the right drink to get the cup and online it said everyone gets one. That’s missed up.
It's was on point and very prompt
The manager here needs to staff properly for Saturdays. Two people working a line out the door that seem to never end. It took 30 minutes to get my coffee that was pre-ordered and prepaid for on the app. There was no way to cancel it so I was basically held hostage for a cup of coffee.
