BUG INFSTATION: Service nonexistent, staff did not know how to answer kiosk questions. Paid for munchkins, left without because of bugs crawling on donuts. Wanted to cancel order no one was able to do that.
This is by far the worse dunkin. They need someone else ro step in and run it. Employees are so rude and at least 3 times a week my coffee is messed up or your waiting 15 mins in the drive thru. You cant go inside doors are always locked. Corporate needs to come down and look into what is going on here! They obviously give any one a store. This girl running it does not have a clue on what is going on!!!
Need corporate to come down to straighten out.There not even busy like folsom ,pa. Or ridley ,pa. Like 50 orders a half hr. ALSO NO ONE WANTS TO WAIT 20MINS WHILE THEY GET DRIVE THRU DONE THEN CUSTOMER IN STORE WORST PLACE EVER.I HERE ALL THE COMPLAINTS WHEN I GO AND I BEEN TO ALOT OF DONKINS THIS IS THE CRAZY.
