I just went through the drive-thru on 09/21/2025. Got a pumpkin spice latte to see what the hype is about. It was BALLER!!! The drive-thru and store were very busy too, but they cranked this out pretty quickly. I see this place has a ton of negative reviews. Maybe they are now figuring it out, because they could not have done a better job today in my opinion. The girl at the drive thru window was very friendly and polite too. The cashiers who I see every mornings are super sweet!
There was multiple employees on shift. Not one of them greeted us . And they had their backs toward us. while they talked to each other. We used the kiosk to place our order and pay. Much to our surprise, they did not have what they needed to fulfill our order. This is not the first time we have come here and Experienced poor customer service.
The worst Dunkin location ever. Employees loudly playing in the back area. At 9:10 am, no coffee was even made. Ordering on the screen it won’t take the Dunkin’ App. Finally asked an employee to get my coffee. The manager tells me “he’s not on coffee.” Unbelievable. Then she figures out my order and of course all coffee urns were empty. Absolutely a clueless store.
