Coffee was not near warm, said they were brewing a new pot, waited and they gave us cream and warm water with coffee grains. The girl at the window was horrible to us. Thursday March27th 2025 at 6pm in Myerstown. Will never go again. Stay away from this Dunkin.
Super rude employee.also they need to learn to prioritize DoorDash and uber. They love messing with people money by making them wait
HORRIBLE customer service. I called about an online order I never picked up & they never issued me a refund or solved my issue. From the minute I got on the phone the girl gave me nothing but an attitude & even proceeded to hang up on me .. no wonder the reviews for this location are awful. I will be contacting corporate about this location. Learn how to talk to people with respect.
