Horrific experience here. So much so that I will need to be in touch with the Wolak group immediately Who own/runs this Dunkin donuts. Looking at all the bad recent reviews it seems that there is currently a pattern here unfortunately. Hoping I can make some headway in getting the manager replaced so people can feel safe to come here again. The Hampton's is not the kind of place that will tolerate such behavior. We believe in stewardship and respect to all.

I purchased through the mobile app for pickup. Once I got my drink, I noticed there was a quarter of my drink missing so I asked if they could get me a new one. Instead, she fills up my matcha with milk and milks it down. I’m not drinking what someone else touched. She was intentionally trying to piss me off and was completely ignoring me. My boyfriend had to help out bc she was ignoring me. I literally purchased a drink through the mobile app so I could quickly run in and grab my drink.
