The workers are very nice but this dunkin’s ability to make the same order differently every single time is astonishing. Even when i mobile order so i know there’s no confusion. it’s made wrong. If you can I would drive to perrysburg instead, they do not have this same issue.
Ordered a frozen coffee and got an ice one. Also no whip cream on it or even asked if I wanted it.
Every time I come through this Dunkin they mess up my order some way somehow, tired of it.

The lady behind the counter laughed at me for getting a hot black coffee in the summer, but who cares. Just don't do it to random people; they may get offended.
