Frozen coffee and doughnuts was really good. The manager was very friendly kind respectful and very welcoming. She had a smile on her face at 5:40 a.m. and was very calm.
The food here does not compare to other dunkins around or out of state. Undercooked/floppy bacon. Hard/stale breads. Lack of attention when making a sandwich for consistency. People are nice and they are quick, but just lacking in the food area.
I’ve been to every Dunkin in the Toledo area, the BG one is by far the fastest and freshest food , I mean I order and somehow it’s ready as soon as I get to the window and it’s hot and made correctly and everyone is always polite and friendly
