Today I came to get hash browns and I’m not sure what happened with them but they were so burnt or stale. I’ve never in my life had hash browns this bad from a dunkin. My mom used to work for several dunkin’s and she would tell me some owners wouldn’t want to throw away the food from the day before to “save” food . I understand not wanting to waste food but at the end of the day as a customer if i’m paying a few dollars for whatever it is it should always be fresh. I’m a regular at this location and am always greeted by a a cheerful barista. Ameera and Tanish are the best and always make my cold brew or Dunkin zero right. They have been super helpful with menu suggestions as well as just small talk. Will be back again soon!
Been going here for a few years now. After today's service I won't ever go back. The attitude I received from the person taking my order was the final straw. I mentioned it at the window and they didn't care.
