The employees here do anOT pay attention to what they are doing. How did I ask for a latte and get a large coffee. Ridiculous because it was a simple order. Ill have to find another dunkin location where they get can get simple orders correct. Or, just start going to Starbucks.
Very clean place to eat. It’s a nice grab and go breakfast place. The donuts are fresh and coffee is exceptionally amazing. Make sure to stop by and grab your favorite food item. I have post a lot of pictures so that you can have a look at how clean this place is. On yes I almost forgot to mention the customer service is exceptional. Love it! Have a lovely donut day!😄
Employees have an attitude as if the customer is the problem.. They look miserable be at work. If interacting with the public isn't a good fit, they may want to consider a different profession
I always order off the app and EVERY TIME I go to this location to pickup my order it’s never sitting on the pickup rack. It’s not that the food isn’t ready it’s just sitting behind the counter. I have to ask someone or stand there until someone comes and gives me my order. I got my frozen coffee per usual today and it BARELY had any coffee in it.
