I really wanted to enjoy this drink, but it was a complete disappointment. I ordered a Vanilla Bean Coolatta made with oat milk, no liquid sugar syrup, with caramel drizzle and whipped cream. The first time my order was made incorrectly, so I asked for it to be corrected. Unfortunately, the second drink was still not right. Only ever used the drive thru, staff is always super friendly. other than that its dunkin.
