When you go to the drive-through, they never give you napkins. How cheap
Order was wrong on repeat from attendant, I corrected my order which was met with attitude. Proceeded to the pick up window, and was given half the order right. Had to return to get correct order, met with the same attitude from the order taker. Do better!
Honestly one of the worst dunkins I've been to. It's consistently pushing out wrong orders, ruining drinks, and the attitude at the drive through is INCREDIBLY rude and pushy. My most recent visit I saw 3 separate people go inside to have their order corrected before I had to do the same. They're much more interested in getting you out of their store than getting your order correct.
