I used to visit this place often but today will be my last day going there. I was given the coffee I ordered and the lid looked dirty so I asked for a new pod to replace it and was refused by the lady. I let them know the lid was dirty and they insisted they won't give me a replacement. Obviously, customer service sucks.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been through everybody there is foreign and barely speaks English, I stood at the register for a whole five minutes before somebody even came, When the lady came, she said they were out of the doughnut. I was ordering, even though there were plenty in the window. These people don’t know how to do their jobs, And everyone there is very rude it’s a shame that this is the only Dunkin close to my house, find a different location
