Always debris on floor behind register...slow service...one girl tells me alllll the time no napkins...you buy fast food to eat on the way and no napkins...come on
it was busy they only had four people on a lot of people called out! with just four people they did an outstanding job getting our orders in and out with the quickness
The guy with the brown beard should not be working in customer service. The most rude remarks to customers I’ve ever heard. Telling people to go somewhere else is blasphemy. The girl with the blonde hair apologized on his behalf but still, yelling at customers at 8 in the morning shouldn’t happen. He did not yell at me but he yelled at 3 customers while I was waiting, one of them being elderly. I understand we all have bad days and being short staffed is never fun but this does not give anyone the right to talk in such a dis... read more
Waited patiently in the drive thru line to order 1/2 dozen donuts. The girl over the speaker was extremely rude and told me no I would have to come inside because she’s “too busy and can’t walk over there to pick the donuts”. When I told her I’m unable to come inside she persisted that the only way I can get 1/2 dozen donuts was to come inside. I left and will not ever be returning. This deserves 0 stars but that’s not an option.
