Bad service makes a place not worth going.
Beautiful store but horrible service and people. Do better.
This place is ran by a bunch of kids. The service is bad here and the donuts prices are up.
I’ve never been to DD and decided to try it on national donut day. There was one car in line and I went inside (ie not busy). There were no other customers inside and it took 10 minutes to be acknowledged and to take my order. I ordered a blended coffee and one donut. I sat down, shared the donut with my child and waited another 10 minutes for my drink. It was the worst coffee I’ve ever had.
