Drive-thru staff are rude and unprofessional. I’ve had a few instances where the employees just weren’t friendly, but this one takes the cake. When I got to the window, I already had my Dunkin app up and ready since they were busy, so I didn’t really process what the employee had said the total was until after scanning. this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in this whole area everytime i order anything on the app they say they don’t have it or didn’t make it and the drinks are barely ever good or made right
