I was so excited when Dunkin arrived and I am still so happy to have one so close BUT… for starters I will say I go to Dunkin pretty frequently so I’ve given them lots of opportunity to get better but it just hasn’t. The drinks are never made right, sometimes having ingredients completely just not even put in. As well as them always being out of stuff. Worst experience ive ever had at any food place. Marissa Rousseau is the most awful "manager". She treated customers nasty. Said call corporate on her that she didnt care. Hung out the window to wave to me when I pulled away. Gave nothing but attitude the whole time I was ordering. Took 10mins to have someone come to the speaker to order drive through.
Mean employees and our orders are very rarely accurate. This is the only Dunkin we have had issues at.
