This place has gotten so shitty since kids took it over. Hot coffee comes out cold, espresso is cold, food is slop and cold. Everyone who orders or dashes from here need to move to another location so this place can go out of business or get new people. I didn't even have a top on my cold breakfast sandwiches.
Coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee, especially if you order an iced coffee. It’s completely diluted taste nothing like coffee. All you taste is flavored milk.
I asked for an ice caramel latte , instead I was given an ice coffee. I also ask for a strawberry sprinkle donut , she forgot to put it !!
I absolutely love this Dunkin... It's hands down my favorite in the entire area! Every time I visit my drinks are made perfectly and TASTE THE SAME! What makes this location even better is the staff, they're always friendly and polite to me!
If I could rate 0/5 I would. The manager there, Lexi I believe she said her name was, is EXTREMELY rude and nasty to paying customers. I've never had a WORSE customer experience at a Dunkin donuts. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! There are many dunkins in the area, this one is by FAR the worst, management needs to figure out what they're doing with someone who is so blanteny horrible and rude to customers. This Dunkin's manager has put a bad name on Dunkin donuts for me
