I placed an online order for "walk-in" pick up, I waited 15 mins then drove to the location. The front door was LOCKED! The drive thru line was wrapped around the building. I knocked and waited thinking they forgot to unlock it, but it's 10:30am so that seemed unlikely. I finally got someone's attention and pointed at the door, she mouthed what? Stopped in on our way from Pigeon Forge to Kernersville, NC and since I normally don't drink Dunkin I asked the young lady what would be tasty and flavorful. Her response was, "whatever you like." Okay, so I order the Brown Sugar Shakin' Espresso. I hear the lady tell her coworker that Starbucks has the thing that fits over the cup to shake?? So, my Brown Sugar Shakin' Espresso wasn't shaken it was stirred.

Terrible experience. Asked for an iced coffee taste terrible no sugar or cream like I asked extra for came back thru tried to charge me for a whole other drink instead of a price difference. Tipped them and still super unfriendly and unhelpful id def like a refund for the iced coffee please train your workers better!! And management!

They seriously, need to teach all these people that they hire the difference between granulated sugar and liquid cane sugar. It’s not that hard. It doesn’t take a degree to know the difference but they seem to get it wrong every single time.
