Slowest Dunkin around! One thing at a time these ones do and don’t go two deep in the drive thru because they can only take one order at a time and can only obviously make one order at a time! Never seen employees with a full drive thru move so slow! Multitasking not heard of! Get some better management and train everyone the same so when you order a drink it’s the same every time! The people were nice but I got the bagel bites and I don’t think they were even cooked…no crunch just really soft bread. Couldn’t eat it without feeling sick. The coffee was good though. Just don’t waste your money on the bagel bites
I went to order a drink yesterday and use my stars for a free drink. The lady that was a cashier told me she was sorry she didn't know how to use my points for a free drink. She then proceeded to tell me she doesn't have the app that's why she doesn't know how. I'm sure I'm not the only person that user app at Dunkin donuts to redeem their points for drinks 😵💫 0/10 would not go back to Willard dunkin's and will be telling others the same.
