Maggie is a DOLL! Such great energy! My drink is always made to perfection, every time and the restaurant is always clean with friendly and genuine employees. Convenient location, decent food options and wait time is minimal comparatively speaking.
Angie and her coworkers are always moving expeditiously and effectively. I order from here almost daily and customer service is the epitome of excellence. Staff is friendly (even to unjustifiably rude customers) and orders are always accurate.
Somehow... They are always out of donuts...
No matter what time of day you go to this location, the service is always extremely slow. The drive thru line may not look long, but I will wait 20+ minutes consistently. No item on the menu should take that long to make and cause the drive thru line to be so long.
Save yourself time and just go to a different Dunkin. They are ALWAYS out of many many items. I just went they had no donuts, no muffins, no croissants, and no cold brew!!!!!! How does this happen?! It’s literally every time. Go elsewhere
