I have been here several times, and 2 times out of the several, i have paid with cash and not gotten my change back. granted it was only a few cents, but this is definitely a problem. There is probably a law where you have to give costumers their change back, unless they tell you to keep it. Also, the drinks here are nothing compared to Lavale, Dunkin. Bagels looked and tasted days old. I repeated my order six times. 2 large caramel iced coffee no sugar. A quad espresso hot. Not one of the three people behind the counter understood what a hot espresso is! So apparently, they decided to make an executive decision. They were just gonna add it to the iced coffee. The parking lot was empty and we were the only people in the store. Businesses just stay robbing people of their hard earned money!
