The staff members are very friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. We made an in-store purchase today (Order #705). The lady who handled our billing double-checked everything and spoke very softly and politely. Great job 👏
Service was terrible! We were told to wait while stall all took care of drive through customers. Would not take my order unless I entered it into portal myself. Nice new looking location but very poor service. Corporate Dunkin needs to step in and retrain the staff.
