I've used this Dunkin location many times and have had good experiences with mobile orders. On the two occasions that my order has been incorrect, the staff was friendly and fixed it quickly.
Every time I stop by this Dunkin’, I hope that Avelyn & Savannah are working! They’re not only super friendly and fast, but they always make the best coffee exactly how I like it. You can tell they care about their work and actually enjoy making customers feel welcome.
Worst customer service and there are always issues at this location. It can literally be one car in the drive thru and no one inside...they still take forever and your order will be subpar.
Craving a donut. Went in and ordered two jelly filled. Got to car. They’re cold, flat like a hamburger bun. Got them home and into a toaster oven. Edible but not like Krispy Kreme. Lesson learned.
