Franchise owners- you should know how your employees treat the customers - Reached the store at 5:50 on Friday. The lobby was locked. The posted timings outside mentioned the store is open till 7 pm. I knocked the door and waved to ask if the store is closed . 3 of your employees inside the store saw me, stared at me and ignored! I then went by to the driveway to ask and asked why the lobby is closed and the lady said - we close the lobby at 6. The time was still 5:54. Not very courteous, the employees seem like they don't like there jobs, had to wait in the drive through over 10min for someone to take my order. No other people were in front of me.
